Our non-refundable one-time pet fee is $300 per pet with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. There is a limit of 2 pets per home with aggressive breed restrictions. In addition, each pet must be set up and screened with our third-party pet screening provider prior to the pet staying in the apartment. The community uses a pet screening process to determine if pets are approved. All applicants, even those without pets, must complete the pet screening questionnaire.
