Our non-refundable one-time pet fee is $300 per pet with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. There is a limit of 2 pets per home with aggressive breed restrictions. In addition, each pet must be set up and screened with our third-party pet screening provider prior to the pet staying in the apartment. The community uses a pet screening process to determine if pets are approved. All applicants, even those without pets, must complete the pet screening questionnaire. Applicants with pets must also submit pet documentation and vaccination history as part of the pet screening.
